As Site Leader for the new Industry Experience Center (INDEX), I lead the facility transformation and on-going operations, deliver world-class commercial and consumer experiences to our customers, aid them in their digital transformation and ultimately empower them to achieve more in their respective enterprises. As part of the Customer Experience Team within the Enterprise Strategic Initiatives group, the new IEC will showcase the best of Microsoft’s products and services in a world-class facility.
I drove strategy and execution for the Retail Experience Center (REC), Microsoft’s 23k sq. ft immersive retail lab including twelve different store models, digital and in-store innovations, cloud-based demos and IoT technologies. REC visitors are Fortune 500 customers, retail partners, focus groups, OEMs, ISVs and internal teams. I facilitated the convergence of Microsoft’s retail technology and merchandising for both the consumer channel and commercial teams spanning Windows, Office, Xbox, Surface and HoloLens as well as Azure, Power BI, Dynamics and Machine Learning.
